You can try pressing the stop button on the player, wait 15 to 20 seconds than press play. Also, keep in mind, streaming is not supported on dial-up. To get the best experience, you need high speed Internet. For more troubleshooting tips click here |

While viewing the live service, my screen freezes. Can you help? The problem is most likely related to your Internet connection. If you have a Cable Modem, you are competing with other users in your area. The more users in your area that sign on to the Internet at the same time as you, the bandwidth shrinks. You go to"speedtest.net" to test your connection speed. You are interested in the download speed. DSL users experience this problem as well but not as frequently. For DSL users, you need to contact your carrier to find out what speed you should be connecting to the Internet and then test your connection to see if you are connecting at that speed. If you are connecting at a speed lower than what your provider stated, you should contact them and let them know. For more troubleshooting tips click here |
