10K steps for 40 Days will get you moving and grooving doing your favorite activities during 40 Days of Prayer & Fasting. Whether line dancing, zumba, jogging or cleaning the house, convert these activities to steps per day. Below are instructions to get started, along with an Activity Conversation Chart and a Fitness Trivia Quiz. Please also find a Fitness Tracking Log on the website to help you trek your journey. When you have reached 200 miles, let us know by emailing Anita Coleman at JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING and you'll receive a special prize!

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m.
Monday through Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
